Kitchen Remodels
This was such a fun and rewarding full kitchen gut and remodel! Taking out a wall gave us the opportunity to reinvent the original design and add a lot more counter space. This renovation involved new floors, moving the sink, full-length backsplash, new cabinets, new countertops, new appliance installation, and recessed lighting. This space has been transformed into a bright, open, gorgeous space that we wouldn’t mind spending all of our time in cooking!
Is this even the same kitchen?? From dark cabinets, dark and textured walls, dark countertops, and white appliances… this kitchen needed a big makeover. After painting the cabinets white, installing new hardware, sanding down the heavily textured walls, cutting out and installing new trim, painting the walls and ceiling a brighter color, installing new appliances, adding beautiful Dove Maple vynyl plank flooring, and installing new countertops, and changing the backsplash to a modern subway tile (did we miss anything?), this kitchen feels so much bigger, brighter, and more like a kitchen we’d love to cook in!
Here’s a photo of a full kitchen remodel we completed. We installed unique cabinets; ran the electrical for the overhead ceiling and sink lights on individual switches; cut and laid 200 square feet of tile flooring; installed a new stainless steel dishwasher, garbage disposal, and sink; and added a modern backsplash.
We refurbished the existing kitchen cabinets, installed new hardware, put in new flooring, countertops, trim, and added more lighting to really make this kitchen pop!
